Comp prep feels 😩

So my steps are usually high along with my energy expenditure but still lacking quality sleep which can really affect performance in the gym…… so still gotta keep on hustling for a good nights sleep 😴

Re-feed

A welcome re-feed in the middle of comp prep πŸ₯³ fueling my body for those gruelling weight sessions πŸ’ͺ🏻

Meal 1:
3 egg scramble with added egg whites, mushrooms, spinach, broccoli and rice, stir fried with ginger, garlic and a heap of spices. No oils or butter.

Meal 2:
Stir fried tuna, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, rice and avocado, ginger, garlic and spices. No oils or butter.

Pre-workout Meal 3 :
5 Brown rice cakes banana and 30g of honey.

Post-workout Meal 4:
Protein shake.
Plain yogurt with strawberries and banana and 25g of honey.

Meal 5:
125g Snapper fillet with broccoli, bok choy and 140g of brown rice, 10g of olive oil, garlic, ginger and spices.

Coming in at base calories of 2,136. Nice and filling πŸ˜‹

Life of a morning person 🀣

– Meal prep done β˜‘οΈ Salmon , sweet potatoes and broccoli.
– One pot Caribbean chicken prepped for the carnivorous husband 😜
– Load of washing done and hung
– Lunches made
– Dishwasher unpacked and reloaded

And all before 6am πŸ€£β€¦β€¦. It’s amazing how much you can fit in when your body is conditioned to wake up at 4am πŸ˜­β€¦β€¦.and now just need to train πŸ’ͺ🏻
