Life of a morning person 🤣
– Meal prep done ☑️ Salmon , sweet potatoes and broccoli.
– One pot Caribbean chicken prepped for the carnivorous husband 😜
– Load of washing done and hung
– Lunches made
– Dishwasher unpacked and reloaded
And all before 6am 🤣……. It’s amazing how much you can fit in when your body is conditioned to wake up at 4am 😭…….and now just need to train 💪🏻

Breakfast: Choc oat milk and buckwheat cereal.
Mid morning: Banana and a protein shake with carb powder and half cup of egg whites.
Lunch : Curried pumpkin burger and mozzarella slice in a toasted wholemeal pitta and a cup of orange juice.
Late arvo: Protein shake and 3 dates.
Dinner: High protein vegetable ravioli in a tomato based sauce with greens.
After dinner : 20g natural cashew nuts.

A very happy 50th birthday to this beauty queen….. Lana Ivey 🥳, a wonderful client and a gorgeous friend 🥰
Lana is living proof that you can be fit at 50 and have a good balance without having to compromise on the little pleasures of life. She trains 3 times a week with me lifting weights, follows a meal plan with the 80/20 rule …… 80 percent of the time eating healthy and 20 percent of the time enjoying life indulging in a few cheeky cocktails and sweets…… and why not!!! You cannot be on a strict diet 100 percent of the time, it’s just not sustainable but you can learn to have the things you love in moderation.
Lana has really stepped up over the years, increasing her training sessions, being consistent, keep up her daily incidental activity, consuming a clean eating plan during the week, drinking in moderation and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Lana has transformed into one hell of a badass ! 💪🏻 Am so so proud of all your effort and hard work you put in 🙌
